Synopsis:

Prohibiting a minor from standing in a roadway or on a lane divider to solicit for any purpose; prohibiting an adult from causing, encouraging, permitting, or petitioning a minor to stand in a roadway or on a lane divider to solicit for any purpose; providing a specified exception to finding a minor guilty or adjudicating a minor as delinquent for a violation of the Act; etc.
