Increasing from $1,000 to $2,000 the fine that the Anne Arundel County
Board of License Commissioners may impose for any violation that is
cause for suspension of a license under the alcoholic beverages laws
affecting Anne Arundel County; and allowing both the fine and license
suspension to be imposed by the Board.
