Entitled:
Employees' Pension System - Purchase of Service Credit

Synopsis:

Altering the amount that a member of the Employees' Pension System who is not an employee of a participating governmental unit or former participating governmental unit that has withdrawn from participation in the Employees' Pension System shall pay to the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System when purchasing service credit for periods of employment with the State.
