Criminal Procedure - Wiretapping - Exceptions for Out-of-State Interception

Synopsis:

Allowing communications legally intercepted in another jurisdiction, but not in accordance with this State's law, and related evidence to be used and disclosed in proceedings in this State if at least one of the parties was outside the State, the interception was not part of a law enforcement investigation, and all parties were part of a conspiracy; requiring that a motion to suppress be made in accordance with the Maryland Rules; etc.
