Eliminating a written notice requirement for victim notifications in incompetency and not criminally responsible cases; requiring notice to victims of court orders, hearings, or recommendations; allowing a victim to submit oral statements and information and requiring the consideration of the information in specified proceedings; providing for the admissibility of victims' written statements at hearings or reviews under specified circumstances; etc.
