Synopsis:

Requesting that the Maryland Department of Transportation and local transit agencies consult and evaluate the feasibility of adopting and implementing policies to promote and encourage the usage of mass transit by children, youth, and families; requesting that the Department and local transit agencies consult with interested parties and hold public hearings to receive information regarding the adoption of the policies; requiring the Department to issue a report of findings and recommendations; etc.
