Nursing Home and Facility Inspections - Awards and Penalties

Synopsis:

Providing a Compliance Achievement Award to nursing homes and facilities that complete a 2-year period of Department of Health and Mental Hygiene inspections without any deficiency citations; providing that award recipients are eligible for the annual Award subsequent to the 2-year period for inspection compliance; requiring award recipients to use the award money to enhance nursing home staff salaries; etc.
