Synopsis:

Providing that a leasehold interest does not automatically revert at the expiration of a lease that contains a covenant of perpetual renewal; requiring a landlord, in order to recover a leasehold interest at the expiration of a lease that contains a convenant of perpetual renewal, to record a notice and deliver a copy of that notice to the tenant; providing that a tenant will remain bound by the terms of an expired lease that contains a covenant of perpetual renewal in specified circumstances; etc.
