Creation of a State Debt - Wicomico County - Pemberton Hall Foundation

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to The Board of Directors of The Pemberton Hall Foundation, Inc. for the repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of Pemberton Hall and associated facilities on the surrounding plantation land, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
