Synopsis:

Establishing that a child support order for a child who has attained the age of majority and is enrolled as a full-time student in secondary school shall continue in effect if both parents assume the duty of support of the child; establishing that the child support order shall terminate when the child dies, marries, is no longer enrolled in secondary school, attains the age of 19 years, or is emancipated; etc.
