Providing for the investment earnings of the St. Mary's County Capital Revolving Financial Fund for Fire Fighting Equipment and Facilities to be credited to the Fund instead of being paid into the county general fund; increasing the amount of general obligation bonding authority of the County Commissioners for St. Mary's County for the purpose of providing appropriations to the Fund; etc.
