Maryland Aborted Children Exploitation Prevention Act

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from engaging or participating in the exploitation of aborted children; prohibiting the use of specified facilities for the exploitation of aborted children; prohibiting the use of specified funds for the exploitation of aborted children; establishing a cause of action for violation of the Act; defining specified terms; making the provisions of the Act severable; etc.
