Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $200,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of The Historical Society of Carroll County for the planning, design, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the two historic properties adjacent to the Society's existing facility at 210 East Main Street in Westminster, to provide additional space for educational programs, a research library, collections storage, offices, and workspace; etc.
