Growth Management - Transportation and Community Facilities - Adequacy

Synopsis:

Requiring that demands projected in the land use element of local comprehensive plans be within specified capacities for planned transportation and community facilities; requiring that specified facilities in the transportation element of local comprehensive plans be consistent with the Maryland Transportation Plan; allowing applications for developments to be approved only if transportation facilities exist or are consistent with the Consolidated Transportation Program; etc.
