Maryland School Performance Assessment Program - Study Commission

Synopsis:

Establishing a Commission to evaluate and recommend changes to the Maryland School Performance Assessment Program; providing for the membership, chairman, duties, and staffing of the Commission; requiring the Commission to report to the Governor and to the General Assembly by December 1, 2001, and by December 1, 2002; and providing for the termination of the Act.
