Providing that members to the Worcester County Board of Education shall be elected; establishing a procedure for the election of members to the Worcester County Board of Education; providing for the termination of the incumbent appointed members holding office on a specified date under specified circumstances; establishing a term of office for elected members; providing for student nonvoting members from public high schools; providing for the compensation of the members of the County Board; etc.
