Baltimore City Criminal Justice Coordinating Council

Synopsis:

Establishing the Baltimore City Criminal Justice Coordinating Council; providing for the purpose, membership, duties, chairmanship, quorum, and frequency of meetings of the Council; establishing an Executive Director for the Council; providing for the appointment, duties, and compensation of the Executive Director; providing that the function of the Council is advisory; requiring the Council to submit a specified report to the Governor, the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals, and the General Assembly by August 30 of each year; etc.
