Vehicle Laws - Titling and Registration - Time Period Extensions

Synopsis:

Extending, from 20 days to 30 days, the time periods following specified vehicle transfers from a licensed dealer during which the dealer must send titling documents, taxes, and fees to the Motor Vehicle Administration or deliver a certificate of title to the transferee; extending, from 45 days to 60 days, the period during which a temporary vehicle registration remains valid under specified circumstances; etc.
