Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $75,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Eubie Blake National Jazz Institute and Cultural Center, Inc. for the acquisition of a new building, and for the renovation, repair, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the new building and the existing adjacent building, for the Eubie Blake National Jazz Institute and Cultural Center, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
