Local Correctional Facilities - Inmate Transfers

Synopsis:

Authorizing the governing body of a county or municipal corporation that operates a local correctional facility to enter into a signed memorandum of understanding with another county or municipal corporation that operates a local correctional facility to authorize the transfer of inmates sentenced to a local correctional facility from one facility to another.
