Maryland Commission for Women - Sexual Trafficking of Women

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Commission for Women, in cooperation with the Office of the Attorney General, to gather data on the frequency and scope of sexual trafficking in the State, examine criminal statutes regarding trafficking of women, and develop recommendations for the prosecution of persons involved in the sexual trafficking of women.
