donation of a perpetual easement in land to the Maryland Environmental
Trust or the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation for

forest land, watersheds, significant ecosystems, viewsheds, or
historic properties, subject to specified limitations; allowing unused
credit to be carried forward and used for 15 succeeding taxable years;
