Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Oxford for the planning, design, reconstruction, repair, renovation, and capital equipping of, and addition to, a building located at 100 North Morris Street for the Oxford Community Services Building; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
