Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Education to contract with an eligible organization to establish and administer an endowment fund to increase geographic literacy among elementary and secondary students in the State; requiring the contract to include specified provisions; establishing financing for the fund; requiring and authorizing an eligible organization to perform functions related to the fund; etc.
