Baltimore City Charter Amendment - General Powers - Tax Increment Financing

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "development district" under provisions of law authorizing tax increment financing for the development of specified areas in Baltimore City; altering the purposes for which the proceeds of tax increment financing bonds issued by Baltimore City shall be applied; etc.
