Electricity Regulation - Clean Energy Portfolio Standard

Synopsis:

Requiring the Public Service Commission (PSC) to establish a clean energy portfolio standard to apply to all retail electricity products sold in the State, at specified levels in specified years; requiring electricity suppliers to report to the PSC on the compliance of their retail electric products with the clean energy portfolio standard; requiring the payment of a specified compliance fee for noncomplying products; establishing a Clean Energy Fund; etc.
