Credit Card Crimes - Evidence of Unauthorized Use

Synopsis:

Allowing the introduction of a statement by a cardholder of a credit card who resides out of the State as evidence of unauthorized use in the prosecution of specified credit card crimes; establishing requirements and contents of the cardholder's statement; requiring notice by the State to a defendant of the State's intent to use the statement; and providing for the effect of a specified notification by a defendant.
