Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Community Services for Autistic Adults and Children, Inc. for the acquisition of land for, and for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of, a building for an administration and training center for Community Services for Autistic Adults and Children; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
