Creation of a State Debt - Calvert County - Town of North Beach Fishing Pier

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $100,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Mayor and City Council of the Town of North Beach for construction to expand the existing Town of North Beach fishing pier adjacent to the town's boardwalk; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
