Public Work Contracts - Apprenticeship Programs

Synopsis:

Requiring that contractors and subcontractors under specified public work contracts have, or be a member of an association that has, a specified apprenticeship program in place for at least 6 months before submitting a bid or proposal; and requiring a contractor or subcontractor under specified public work contracts to hire at least one apprentice for every three journey persons it hires.
