Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation - Easements - Commercial Use

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation to allow nonagricultural, commercial use of land subject to specified preservation easements under specified circumstances; and requiring the Foundation to establish specified standards for determining permissible uses.
