Natural Resources - Oysters - Dredge Devices

Synopsis:

Repealing a prohibition on a person on a dredge boat possessing or using a devil catcher, devil diver, or similar oyster dredge devices; and requiring the Department of Natural Resources to report to specified committees of the General Assembly by September 30, 2007, regarding the environmental impacts of the use of "devil catchers", "devil divers", and similar oyster dredge devices.
