General Assembly Pay Raise and Compensation Accountability Act

Synopsis:

Requiring the resolution submitted by the General Assembly Compensation Commission containing the Commission's recommendations for the pay, benefits, and other allowances for the members of the General Assembly to be approved by a majority vote of the General Assembly; and requiring that any reductions or the rejection of any item in the Commission's recommendations be approved by a majority vote of the General Assembly.
