Synopsis:

Creating a task force to study issues related to establishing a veterans' home on the grounds of the former Crownsville Hospital; and prohibiting the transfer or disposition of facilities or property associated with the former Crownsville Hospital until the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene considers the recommendations of the task force.
