Motor Vehicle Excise Tax - Definitions

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "total purchase price" under the motor vehicle excise tax in order to reduce the total purchase price on which the tax is calculated by providing an allowance for any trade-in considerations; providing that the modified definitions do not apply until any Department of Transportation Consolidated Bonds are no longer outstanding; etc.
