Local School Systems - Requirement to Purchase Calcium-Enriched Food and Beverages

Synopsis:

Requiring each local school system to purchase calcium-enriched food and beverages when purchasing food or beverages to be served to public school students in a public school building or at a public school activity; and providing that existing obligations or contract rights may not be impaired by the Act.
