Altering the number of continuing education contact hours a licensed architect is required to complete to qualify for renewal of a license; altering the time period within which continuing education contact hours must be completed to qualify for renewal of a license; making a requirement to submit verification of completion of continuing education requirements subject to a request by the State Board of Architects; etc.
