Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified persons from providing specified types of services to noncitizens and persons seeking to sponsor a noncitizen; providing specified exceptions; prohibiting immigration consultants from taking specified actions; requiring a specified contract to be executed; requiring specified notices to be posted at an immigration consultant's place of business; providing that an immigration consultant that violates the Act is guilty of a misdemeanor; etc.
