Synopsis:

Establishing the Nursing Facility Conversion Grant Program; authorizing the Board of Public Works, on the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide grants under the Program to counties, municipal corporations, and nonprofit organizations for the conversion of nursing facility beds to other health care services; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to make specified recommendations; etc.
