Entitled:
Developmental Disabilities Administration - Waiting List Equity Fund - Appropriation

Synopsis:

Requiring the appropriation of specified funds from the Cigarette Restitution Fund to the Waiting List Equity Fund; and providing that the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene may transfer a specified percentage of the funds in the Waiting List Equity Fund allocated from the Cigarette Restitution Fund to rural, underserved areas of the State to provide specified community-based services.
