Requiring licensees and permit holders that perform specified accountancy services to undergo a periodic peer review; authorizing the State Board of Public Accountancy to modify the peer review requirement for licensees and permit holders under specified circumstances; requiring that a peer review meet specified minimum standards; requiring that licensees and permit holders affirm compliance with the peer review requirement at the time of license or permit renewal; etc.
