Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study Lyme Disease; providing for the membership, appointment, and staffing of the Task Force; and requiring the Task Force to study and make recommendations to the General Assembly, on or before a specified date, on issues relating to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of Lyme disease.
