Commercial Law - Equipment Dealer Contract Act

Synopsis:

Providing that the Equipment Dealer Contract Act does not require the repurchasing of specified items from a dealer; requiring a dealer and supplier to furnish representatives to inspect parts and certify their acceptability when packed for shipment; providing that failure of a supplier to provide a representative within a specified time shall result in automatic acceptance by the supplier of all returned items; requiring a supplier to repurchase a dealer's inventory under specified circumstances; etc.
