State Police Helicopter Replacement Fund and Volunteer Company Assistance Fund - Moving Violations - Surcharges

Synopsis:

Establishing the State Police Helicopter Replacement Fund as a special, nonlapsing fund; providing sources of revenue for the Fund; requiring the Fund to be used for a specified purpose; requiring the Chief Judge of the District Court to include a line on which to add a surcharge on citation forms designed for traffic offenses; requiring a specified surcharge to be added to a fine imposed by the District Court for a conviction for a specified conviction; etc.
