Education - Baltimore City Public School Buildings - Drinking Water

Synopsis:

Providing that, in Baltimore City, on or before December 31, 2005, the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners shall ensure that the drinking water in school buildings under its jurisdiction is safe from lead in accordance with federal standards and otherwise meets the standards specified under the State drinking water regulations adopted by the Secretary of the Environment.
