Authorizing specified insurers to conduct a pilot program in the State; requiring a policy of motor vehicle liability insurance issued under a pilot program to provide specified coverage; requiring an insurer that seeks approval to conduct a pilot program to file specified information with and pay specified fees to the Maryland Insurance Commissioner; etc.
