Renaming the State Board for Certification of Residential Child Care Program Administrators to be the State Board for Certification of Residential Care Program Administrators; including an entity that provides 24-hour per day care for adults in the definition of a residential care program; specifying that only residential child care programs are subject to the licensing regulations of the Office for Children, Youth, and Families; adding two members to the Board; etc.
