Synopsis:

Authorizing Class A light wine licenses to be issued in Caroline County and Cecil County; increasing to 22% the maximum percentage of alcohol by volume permitted in light wine for light wine licenses issued in Cecil County; requiring in Caroline County that the Board of License Commissioners set a specified fee with the approval of the Board of County Commissioners; and exempting Cecil County wineries applying for a specified license from specified quotas.
