Synopsis:

Altering the amount per barrel that is the basis of the fee for the license for transferring oil in the State that is credited to the Maryland Oil Disaster Containment, Clean-Up and Contingency Fund; extending the termination date and altering the fee for a specified additional per barrel fee to be credited to the Oil Contaminated Site Environmental Cleanup Fund; etc.
