Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of County Commissioners of
Charles County for the planning and design of a multipurpose stadium
facility that will provide a venue for professional minor league
baseball games, local and regional community events, and youth sports
championships and athletic competitions, to be located in Waldorf;
etc.
